>After 14 hours waiting to get into our accommodation and repeatedly being refused contact with a supervisor, no emails and no call backs, we finally arranged our own accommodation. I spent the night sleeping in my car basically begging for help. >I was told to wait in my car until they emailed me. >I arrived late at night for a one week stay in Maui. In reading the OP, I see in some cases, they refer to the first person. Very strange post, so I did some research on my own. It does concern me that the fake booking is still live. Though I have yet to receive my original payment and have been refused reimbursement, I am hoping that someone, somewhere has actually had success with these guys providing any sort of customer service. After 14 hours waiting to get into our accommodation and repeatedly being refused contact with a supervisor, no emails and no call backs, we finally arranged our own accommodation. I also provided them with phone numbers for the homeowner's association and the actual legitimate condo rentals who would confirm with them that no such bookings existed at that location. I would point out that they had also called and emailed that booking on my behalf in the weeks prior to my stay without success. They literally would not refund my scam booking nor provide alternative arrangements unless the scammers said it was a scam. 14 hours? They insisted that they would not book me alternate accommodation until they could get confirmation from the phone number in the original booking that it was a fake booking. So from about midnight until about 1:30 in the afternoon the next day I called (and called). I contacted them every 30 minutes or so to be told to wait in my car while they "looked into the matter". I was told to wait in my car until they emailed me. To find the accommodation, calling all the phone numbers on the side of the building, tracking down security and confirming that there is no such accommodation, I then contact. (500 Bay Drive, Lahaina = fake).Īfter spending an hour or two running around trying I wonder if these guys booked through too? I just checked the website and they are STILL accepting bookings for this non-existent accommodation!!!. The association advised me that a couple showed up the week before with a similar scam booking. The address turned out to be a condominium tenants association. I arrived late at night for a one week stay in Maui. Anyone ever had any luck with these guys? ![]() They have also refused to reimburse the additional cost of my last minute accommodations. It has been more than a week and I have not been reimbursed my original booking cost. They did not provide me alternate accommodation.
